We look after Microsoft 365 for small Dorset firms: mail, Teams, files and the moment someone joins or leaves.
Most Dorset tenants we meet were opened for one mailbox and then grew. A joiner in Winton and a three-partner office near Bournemouth Square both end up with the same mess: a shared inbox nobody owns and a leaver who can still open SharePoint.
What we tidy

Licences are billed by Microsoft. Our fee is for the setup and the monthly care and it is agreed up front before we change anything.

Questions we hear
Can you take over a tenant another firm set up?
Yes. We ask for the admin role, list the mailboxes and shared drives and then agree what stays.
Do you migrate from Google Workspace?
We can plan a mailbox move. Mail history and shared calendars are scoped before anyone is switched.
Is Microsoft 365 included in IT support?
It can sit inside an IT support plan or be the only line you buy. The price is agreed up front.
