Ringwood
IT support for Ringwood businesses
BH24 and the New Forest edge, including Poulner and Ashley Heath. Remote support is the default because the drive from Ferndown has to be worth it.
Ringwood sits just into Hampshire. Market-square shops, small professional rooms and trades who also cover Verwood do not want a national desk that has never heard of BH24. They also do not want a call-out from the coast for a mailbox reset.
What we see on the forest edge
- High-street shops that take card payments on a PC nobody has backed up.
- Poulner and Hightown offices with files only on one laptop.
- St Ives and Ashley Heath firms whose broadband drop takes the phones with it.
- Verwood workshops that share the same remote plan and book a visit only for hardware.
We reply within one working day. A visit is agreed when someone has to stand in front of the kit. Purbeck is still outside the on-site area and Ringwood is not bundled with it.

Questions we hear
Is Ringwood in Dorset or Hampshire?
Ringwood is on the Hampshire side of the border. We still support BH24 remotely and we visit when the job needs it.
Do Verwood and Ashley Heath sit with Ringwood?
Remote help yes. Visits are planned so a Verwood call is not an afterthought on a Bournemouth day.
Will you promise same-hour attendance?
No. We reply within one working day. A same-day visit is agreed when the fault stops the shop taking payment.
